Return Policy
Our customer friendly return policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 15 days from order date. Please inform us through one of our contact channels within 7 days from delivery date.
Horselovers is not accepting any returns unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return kindly provide your order number and state the reason.
In order to facilitate the credit process, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Kindly return items in their original packaging including hang tags on products, shoe boxes, zipper bags or any other kind of packaging. To return your item, pack it carefully in a separate box or padded post envelope. Any damage made during shipping will be out of our responsibility.
You will only be entitled to receive your refunds in a form of an E-voucher to be used exclusively at www.horselovers.me
Item(s) purchased should be returned to one of our return centers designated by HorseLovers team.

We are not responsible for any return fees to our Dubai address.

Horselovers has the right to cancel any order made on our website at anytime, this might be related to force majeure reasons or such as “out of stock” product(s) that has been purchased in our physical store in parallel to your online order. No cancellation fees will be charged and your purchase will be refunded directly.
We are not responsible for any return fees, whether its shipping fees or custom duty fees. Cash refunds are not accepted.
